Text

Prior to any state election, the secretary of state shall prepare, in such quantity as he or she deems necessary, affidavit envelopes of sufficient size to contain the ballots and an electronic affidavit containing the following: UOCAVA Voters Persons desiring to vote by absentee ballot who are absent uniformed services voters, absent voters temporarily residing outside the United States, and federal ballot only voters domiciled outside the United States shall sign the following oath: Standard Oath I swear or affirm, under penalty of perjury, that I am:

1.A member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine on active duty; or, an eligible spouse or dependent of such a member; or, a U.S. citizen temporarily residing outside the U.S.; or, other U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.; and 2
