§ 655:5 — Governor

New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 655 NOMINATIONS·Subdivision Qualifications by Office
To hold the office of governor, a person must be qualified as provided in Part 2, Article 42 of the state constitution: at the time of the election, the person must have been an inhabitant of this state for 7 years next preceding, and be of the age of 30 years.
