New Hampshire Statutes
§ 651-A:9 — Psycho-Sexual Murder Certified
Whenever any person is convicted of murder, committed prior to April 15, 1974, the presiding justice shall certify, at the time of sentencing, whether or not such murder was psycho-sexual in nature.
