§ 611-B:9 — Temporary Expert Assistance
New Hampshire·Title LIX PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES·Ch. 611-B OFFICE OF THE CHIEF MEDICAL EXAMINER
The supervising medical examiner shall have authority to call upon and employ such persons, skilled in science, pathology, or otherwise, as are necessary for the performance of duties, as occasion may necessitate.
