§ 611-B:7 — Supervision
New Hampshire·Title LIX PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES·Ch. 611-B OFFICE OF THE CHIEF MEDICAL EXAMINER
The chief medical examiner shall have general supervision over the administration of and shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. Medical examiners shall serve under the professional direction and supervision of the chief medical examiner.
