§ 604-A:9 — Repayment
New Hampshire·Title LIX PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES·Ch. 604-A ADEQUATE REPRESENTATION FOR INDIGENT DEFENDANTS IN CRIMINAL CASES
As of the effective date of this section, all collections efforts under this section or former versions of this chapter shall be terminated. Any person subject to a court order for reimbursement may petition the court to vacate the reimbursement order.
