§ 600:5 — Clerk; Minutes

New Hampshire·Title LIX PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES·Ch. 600 GRAND JURIES
The grand jury may appoint one of their number to be clerk to preserve minutes of the proceedings before them, which shall be delivered to the attorney general or county attorney.
