§ 6:28 — Appointment; Removal
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 6 STATE TREASURER AND STATE ACCOUNTS·Subdivision Assistant State Treasurers
The state treasurer may appoint assistant state treasurers who shall hold office during good behavior. The governor and council may remove an assistant for cause as they may remove the treasurer.
