Text

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), the probate division of the circuit court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the creation by judgment or decree, interpretation, construction, modification, termination, and administration of those trusts described in RSA 564-B, and over the appointment, removal, and surcharge of trustees, trust advisors, and trust protectors of such trusts.
(b)The probate division of the circuit court has concurrent jurisdiction with the superior court of proceedings involving charitable uses and trusts other than those trusts described in RSA 564-B:1-102(b).
