§ 529:4 — Notice to Appoint
New Hampshire·Title LIV EXECUTIONS, LEVIES, BAIL, AND THE RELIEF OF POOR DEBTORS·Ch. 529 LEVY OF EXECUTIONS ON REAL ESTATE·Subdivision Levy by Setoff
Notice given to the clerk, treasurer, agent or one of the directors of a corporation to choose an appraiser for the corporation, ten days before the levy, shall be legal notice to the corporation.
