§ 528:4 — Proceeds of Sale
New Hampshire·Title LIV EXECUTIONS, LEVIES, BAIL, AND THE RELIEF OF POOR DEBTORS·Ch. 528 LEVY OF EXECUTIONS ON PERSONAL PROPERTY
The money arising from the sale of unencumbered personal property under RSA 528:2 shall be applied by the officer to the payment of the charges and the satisfying of the executions levied thereon, in the order in which the attachments thereon, if any, were made, otherwise in the order in which the executions were delivered to him; and the balance, if any, shall be returned to the debtor.
