§ 528:8 — Levy by Seizure
New Hampshire·Title LIV EXECUTIONS, LEVIES, BAIL, AND THE RELIEF OF POOR DEBTORS·Ch. 528 LEVY OF EXECUTIONS ON PERSONAL PROPERTY·Subdivision Encumbered Goods
Personal property subject to mortgage, pledge, security interest or lien may be taken on execution in the same manner that it may be attached, and may be sold in the same manner as other personal property; and the creditor and officer shall have the same right to demand an account of the amount due, and to hold the property, if no account or a false account is given, as in case of an attachment.
