§ 512:46 — Depositions as Evidence
New Hampshire·Title LII ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS·Ch. 512 TRUSTEE PROCESS·Subdivision General Provisions
No deposition taken under the provisions of this chapter shall be evidence upon any criminal prosecution, except upon an indictment of the deponent for perjury therein.
