§ 512:45 — Penalty for Excessive Costs
New Hampshire·Title LII ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS·Ch. 512 TRUSTEE PROCESS·Subdivision Costs
If any person shall demand or receive from a defendant in connection with the settlement of any trustee suit any sum of money or other thing of value in excess of the provisions of RSA 512:44 he shall be guilty of a violation.
