§ 5-C:75-a — Certificate of Stillbirth
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 5-C VITAL RECORDS ADMINISTRATION·Subdivision Death Registration Forms and Procedures
The director shall establish a certificate of stillbirth for a fetal death, as defined in RSA 5-C:1, XII, occurring in this state on the following form:
