§ 485-A:5-c — Notice of Septage or Sludge Spreading

New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 485-A WATER POLLUTION AND WASTE DISPOSAL

I. No person shall spread septage or sludge as defined in RSA 485-A:2 before providing all property owners abutting the spreading site with written notice of the intended date and location of the spreading. Such notice shall be provided by publishing a notice at least 14 days before the intended date of the first spreading of septage or sludge each year in a newspaper of general circulation in the town or city. II. The notice shall include the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the following:

(a)The applicant, if applicable.
(b)The generator of the sludge, if applicable.
(c)The person responsible for managing the activities on-site, if different from the applicant under subparagraph (a).
(d)The landowner, if not given under subparagraph (a) or (c). III. A copy of such notice sh
