New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 482 DAMS, MILLS, AND FLOWAGE·Subdivision Administration, Procedure, and Appeals
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as applying to interstate or foreign commerce except as may be permitted by the federal constitution and laws enacted under it.
