New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 482 DAMS, MILLS, AND FLOWAGE·Subdivision Dams in Disrepair; Acquisition by Municipality
Access to a dam and adjacent property may be had at all times by representatives of the department or a municipality to implement the purposes and intent of this subdivision.
