New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 482 DAMS, MILLS, AND FLOWAGE·Subdivision Dams in Disrepair; Acquisition by Municipality
A municipality acting through its local legislative body may employ engineers, counsel and others and defray other expenses incident to proceedings under this subdivision.
