§ 482:50 — Dams Owned by Fish and Game
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 482 DAMS, MILLS, AND FLOWAGE·Subdivision Acquisition by State of Certain Dams and Water Rights
Revenue to the state resulting from the leasing for hydroelectric generation of any dams owned by the department of fish and game which were funded by the Pittman-Robertson or Dingell-Johnson federal aid in fish and wildlife restoration programs shall be credited to the fund established by RSA 482:55, but shall be expended exclusively for work on any federally-funded dams owned by the department of fish and game. Such revenue shall be so expended during the same year in which it is generated.
