Text
Revenue to the state resulting from the leasing for hydroelectric generation of any dams owned by the department of fish and game which were funded by the Pittman-Robertson or Dingell-Johnson federal aid in fish and wildlife restoration programs shall be credited to the fund established by RSA 482:55, but shall be expended exclusively for work on any federally-funded dams owned by the department of fish and game. Such revenue shall be so expended during the same year in which it is generated.
