§ 482:47 — Municipal Appropriations
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 482 DAMS, MILLS, AND FLOWAGE·Subdivision Dams in Disrepair and Channel Improvement
For the purpose of paying the expense, or a part of the expense, of the cost of a facility undertaken by the state under the provisions of this subdivision, as provided by any agreement with the state, a city or town may raise and appropriate such sums of money as may be required under such agreement or may borrow money and issue serial notes or bonds for the paying of such expense.
