§ 482:37 — Order
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 482 DAMS, MILLS, AND FLOWAGE·Subdivision Proceedings in Court
Upon return of the report, any person interested in the report may object to its acceptance for any irregularity or improper conduct on the part of the committee, and the court may set it aside for cause. If the report shall be accepted and established, the court shall render judgment on the report.
