§ 482:36 — Hearing; Report
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 482 DAMS, MILLS, AND FLOWAGE·Subdivision Proceedings in Court
The committee shall give such notice to the parties as shall be ordered by the court, shall hear the parties, view the premises, estimate the damages and make a report to the court at the next term of the court.
