§ 482:35 — Reference
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 482 DAMS, MILLS, AND FLOWAGE·Subdivision Proceedings in Court
The court, after notice to all persons interested, shall, unless the parties agree upon the judgment that shall be rendered, refer the petition to a committee of 3 disinterested persons to be appointed by the court to determine in relation to the matters set forth in the petition.
