New Hampshire·Title XLVIII CONVEYANCES AND MORTGAGES OF REALTY·Ch. 479-A UNIT OWNERSHIP OF REAL PROPERTY
Each unit owner shall be entitled to the exclusive ownership and possession of his unit.
