§ 477:43 — Probate Jurisdiction
New Hampshire·Title XLVIII CONVEYANCES AND MORTGAGES OF REALTY·Ch. 477 CONVEYANCES OF REALTY AND INTERESTS THEREIN·Subdivision Conveyance of Remainders, Etc.
The probate court for said county shall have jurisdiction of all matters thereafter arising in relation to such trust, subject to the right of appeal on questions of law.
