Text
No deed of bargain and sale, mortgage or other conveyance of standing trees, or any lease of the same for more than 7 years from the making thereof shall be valid to hold standing trees against any person but the grantor and his heirs only unless acknowledged and recorded as provided in RSA 477:37 and 477:38.
