I.As used in this section, "appropriate county treasurer" means the treasurer of the county where the holder was located at the time the property under this chapter was delivered to the administrator under RSA 471-C:21.

II.Following completion of the proceedings specified in RSA 471-C:30, the administrator shall pay or deliver all property escheated under this chapter to the appropriate county treasurer who shall deposit such property in the county treasury; provided, however, that the administrator shall not pay or deliver the income earned from the working capital fund or any amounts received from out-of-state holders to the counties. The administrator shall reduce amounts paid to the counties under this section for subsequent claims asserted under RSA 471-C:31-a, if such amounts have
