§ 431:4 — Registration

New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 431 SOIL AND PLANT ADDITIVES·Subdivision Fertilizers

I. Each brand and grade of fertilizer shall be registered in the name of that person whose name appears upon the label before being distributed in this state. The application for registration shall be submitted to the commissioner on a form furnished by the commissioner and shall be accompanied by a fee of $128 per grade of each brand sold. II. The fees collected under this section shall be deposited with the state treasurer into the agricultural products regulatory fund established in RSA 435:20, IV. III. Upon approval by the commissioner, a copy of the registration shall be furnished to the applicant. All registrations expire on December 31 of each year. The application shall include the following information:

(a)The brand and grade.
(b)The guaranteed analysis.
(c)The name and address
