Text

I.Compensation. The salary of the commissioner, deputy commissioner, assistant commissioner, and all assistants to the commissioner shall be as prescribed in RSA 94:1-a.
II.Expenses. The commissioner, deputy commissioner, assistant commissioner, and all assistants to the commissioner shall be allowed their traveling expenses while engaged in the performance of their duties.
III.Bonds. The commissioner shall procure an official blanket bond conforming to New Hampshire law and covering the commissioner and each employee of his office in the penal sum of $100,000. The bond shall be underwritten by an insurer authorized to transact business in the state and shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state.
