Text
The office shall have a seal which shall be like the seal of state, except the words, "Insurance Department, New Hampshire," shall be substituted for the words "Seal of the State of New Hampshire, 1776". The commissioner shall attach the seal of the office to all certificates and other similar official papers issued by him, and no further proof shall be required to authenticate the same when they are offered in evidence.
