Text
All financial analysis ratios and examination synopses concerning insurance companies that are submitted to the department by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Insurance Regulatory Information System are confidential and shall not be disclosed by the department. Nothing contained in this title shall prevent or be construed as prohibiting the commissioner from disclosing any other material or information obtained by the commissioner in line with the duties of the commissioner's office so long as the governmental or regulatory agency or office receiving the information agrees in writing to keep it confidential and in a manner consistent with this title.
