§ 395:29 — New Deposits
New Hampshire·Title XXXV BANKS AND BANKING; LOAN ASSOCIATIONS; CREDIT UNIONS·Ch. 395 LIQUIDATION UNDER SUPERVISION OF THE BANK COMMISSIONER·Subdivision Reduction of Deposits
If any institution whose deposit accounts have been reduced under the provisions of this chapter shall afterward receive new deposits it shall keep its accounts, and in all respects conduct its business relating to such new deposits, as if it were a separate institution, distinct from the one in which the old deposits were made; and if proceedings shall be commenced against such institution to wind up its affairs the court may make the same applicable to either or both parts of such business. Notice of such proceedings shall be given by publication in one or more newspapers published in the county where the institution is located.
