§ 395:10 — Appointment of Agents

New Hampshire·Title XXXV BANKS AND BANKING; LOAN ASSOCIATIONS; CREDIT UNIONS·Ch. 395 LIQUIDATION UNDER SUPERVISION OF THE BANK COMMISSIONER
The commissioner may appoint agents to assist him to perform such duties connected with the business of such institutions as he may deem proper, and may procure such expert assistance and advice, or retain such of the officers or employees of such institution, as he may deem necessary; and the commissioner shall require from such agents or assistants such security for the faithful performance of their duty as he may deem proper.
