Text
(a)A family trust company may be organized as:
(1)A corporation under the Corporation Act;
(2)A limited liability company under the LLC Act; or
(3)A foundation under RSA 564-F.
(b)RSA 383-A:3-303(a) shall not apply to family trust companies.
