§ 38:36 — Certification
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 38 MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC, GAS, OR WATER SYSTEMS·Subdivision Additional Provisions for Electric Systems
The chairman of the public utilities commission shall certify to the secretary of state the date that retail electric competition exists in each portion of the state.
