§ 38-A:9 — Quorum
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 38-A MUNICIPAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY
A majority of the members of the authority constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and all action of the authority shall be by a majority vote of its members.
