§ 34:9 — Penalty for Failure to Perform
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 34 CAPITAL RESERVE FUNDS FOR CITIES
Any of the above officers who shall fail to perform the duties above set forth shall be guilty of a violation for every week said failure shall continue.
