Text

The board shall have the power to:

I.Determine the criteria for examinations and the qualifications and fitness of applicants for a license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
II.[Repealed.]
III.[Repealed.]
IV.[Repealed.]
V.[Repealed.] V-a. [Repealed.]
VI.[Repealed.]
VII.Appoint from its own membership one or more of the members to act as representatives of the board at any meeting within or without the state where such representation is deemed desirable.
VIII.Bring proceedings in the courts for the enforcement of this chapter or any regulations made pursuant thereto. IX-XI. [Repealed.]
