The board shall adopt rules, in accordance with RSA 541-A, relative to the following: I. Eligibility requirements for the issuance of all initial and renewal licenses issued by the office including without limitation:

(a)The eligibility requirements for the issuance of such licenses to applicants holding a current license issued by the board of nursing or the board of medicine; and
(b)The eligibility requirements for the issuance of a MLADC license under RSA 330-C:16. II. Eligibility requirements for the reinstatement of licenses after lapse and after disciplinary action. III.
