I. [Repealed.] II. The office shall issue a license as a master or journeyman electrician to any person who files an application and meets the following qualifications:

(a)Completion of 8,000 hours of service as an apprentice electrician. The board may give credit toward such service for the satisfactory completion of a course of instruction in the field at a school recognized by the board or experience in the field received in military service, in accordance with rules adopted by RSA 541-A;
(b)Complete not less than 600 hours of education that meet criteria established by the board in rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A; and
(c)Satisfactory passing of an examination approved by said board as provided in RSA 319-C:8 to determine the person's fitness to receive such license. II-a. The of
