Text
It is an affirmative defense, as provided in RSA 626:7, to prosecution for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle that the item was obtained through participation in a syringe service program. Nothing in this section shall be construed as an affirmative defense for any offense other than as set forth under RSA 318-B:26, II(f).
