Text
The board shall keep a true record of its official acts in accordance with the retention policy established by the office of professional licensure and certification. With the exception of records compiled in connection with investigatory and deliberative aspects of disciplinary investigations and material otherwise exempt from disclosure under RSA 91-A or other applicable statutes, the board's records shall be subject to inspection at the board's office upon reasonable notice during ordinary business hours.
