§ 311:8 — Disbarment, Etc
New Hampshire·Title XXX OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS·Ch. 311 ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS·Subdivision Regulation of Practice of Law
The supreme court shall inquire in a summary manner into any charges of fraud, malpractice, or contempt of court against an attorney, and, upon satisfactory evidence of the attorney's guilt, shall suspend such attorney from practice, or may remove the attorney from office.
