The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: I. [Repealed.] II. The qualifications and record of applicants in addition to those requirements set under this subdivision including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of good professional character; III. How an applicant shall be examined; IV. The requirements for a license to be renewed, including the requirements for continuing education; V. [Repealed.] VI. Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license to practice under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards, including:

(a)Technical standards for forest, rural and urban surveys, including minimum error of closure; and
(b)Standards for adequate deed re
