Text

The seal of a licensed architect shall be required for all buildings or structures covered by the New Hampshire building code under RSA 155-A, with the following exemptions: I. The preparation of drawings and specifications for and the supervision of the construction or alteration of a single-family or 2-family residence or of any building used for farm purposes. II. The alteration of an existing building not involving any of the following:

(a)A change in the primary structural frame or bearing wall; or
(b)A change in use or occupancy to one of a higher hazard classification. III. The practice of architecture by officers and employees of the United States while engaged within the state in the practice of architecture for the federal government. IV. The preparation of drawings and specifi
