Text

I.For the purposes of Medicaid reimbursement, the office of professional licensure and certification shall establish, pursuant to RSA 310:6, a voluntary doula certification process and a voluntary lactation service certification process. Coverage levels of such services are separately subject to Medicaid rules and regulations and shall not supplant federal funds.
II.The office of professional licensure and certification shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A relative to the authority set out in paragraph I.
III.The office shall make every effort to include culturally and geographically diverse community members and providers when developing and implementing the doula and lactation service provider certification process pursuant to this section.
IV.Nothing in this section shall prevent
