Text

Proctored technical examinations in engineering shall be held at least annually as the office of professional licensure and certification shall determine. If examinations are required on fundamental subjects, the applicant shall be permitted to take this part of the examination upon completion of the requisite years of professional experience. The office may issue to each applicant, upon successfully passing the examination in fundamental subjects, a certificate stating that the applicant has passed the examination. The scope of the technical and professional examination shall be prescribed by the board. A candidate failing an examination may apply for reexamination upon payment of an additional fee determined by the office and shall be reexamined on the next regularly scheduled examinatio
