Text
The executive director shall establish an advisory board of court reporters consisting of 3 members. Two members shall be licensed court reporters and one member shall be licensed to practice law in this state. Each member shall be appointed to a term of 3 years. No member shall serve more than 2 consecutive full terms. The advisory board shall advise the executive director regarding the implementation of this chapter.
