Text
No person shall practice professional geology or represent oneself as a professional geologist who is not licensed by the office or whose license expired, or was canceled, suspended, or revoked, except as otherwise provided in this subdivision. Licensure to practice geology shall not be required until after the one-year period set forth in RSA 310-A:125, II has ended.
